Terms of Service

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your membership with Little Longevity and the various services and products offered. 

Services

The services and products provided are for those aged 18 and over and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any specific disease(s) but to help facilitate better overall health using the principles of Lifestyle and Functional Medicine. The material on this website is provided for informational purposes only and is not constituted as medical advice. 

Membership plans and membership fees 

Little Longevity offers a range of services and fees. The details of your selected membership plan can be found on the website under ‘How much does it cost?’. In the event of any changes to the membership plans from time to time you will receive sixty (60) days notice in advance of such changes. You are entitled to the full scope of your membership plan as it existed from the effective date of a specific membership term for the duration of such membership term. For any subsequent renewal term, you may accept the revised membership options or reject such and terminate your membership. 

You may pay your membership fee in monthly membership payments. The initial payment includes a fee for testing and must be made before your membership commences. Once paid, your membership fee is non-refundable, except as set forth in the membership refund policy below. 

Your membership shall continue on a rolling basis until you notify us with fourteen (14) days notice via written confirmation on email info@littlelongevity.com. 


Membership billing

Your membership fee will be charged to your credit card on a recurring basis. You hereby agree to allow Little Longevity to securely store your credit/debit card information. If there is a change to your payment method you can change the information with Little Longevity. You represent and warrant that: (1) any credit/debit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (2) charges you incur will be honoured by your credit/debit card company, (3) you will pay the charges incurred in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes, and (4) you are the person in whose name the credit/debit card was issued and are authorised to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit/debit card and information. You agree and authorise the payment method to be billed automatically for your payment responsibilities. 

In the event Little Longevity is unable to secure funds from your debit/credit card(s) for any reason, you understand that we may cancel or withhold services and we may undertake further collection action to the extent permitted by law. 

Insurance

Little Longevity is a health optimisation care service and is not health insurance, therefore, does not participate with health insurance plans and will take no responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of any such insurance plans. 

You are solely responsible for payment of all fees for Little Longevity’s membership plans, services and products. 

Communication

By providing your email address you agree to receive electronic services via email. You can opt out at any time. 

Refund Policy 

At Little Longevity our memberships are set up as monthly-rolling plans.To request a cancellation of your membership or to opt out of your renewal plan, or for any questions please email us at info@littlelongevity.com. In the event of cancellation you will be responsible for covering the cost of services utilised in your membership.

Right of withdrawal 

Please do let us know as soon as possible if you would like to rearrange any of your appointments. We adhere to the following cancellation policy: 

Cancellation/rearrangement within 12 hours of the appointment time: 100% charge applied;

Cancellation/rearrangement within 12 to 24 hours of the appointment time: 50% charge applied;

Cancellation/rearrangement more than 24 hours from appointment time: full refund or appointment rearrangement with no additional fee. 

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no show and you will be charged in full. 

Entire Agreement 

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by all parties.

Governing Law 

This Agreement and any dispute or claim, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
